Exercise demonstration
Weekly form reviews for a range of exercises in your program to make sure you are performing the lift safely and effectively, building confidence in the gym knowing how to and what to do when it comes to lifting.
Nutritional targets
With set calorific targets with macro and micro nutrients set out, it gives you a chance to achieve your physique goals whilst still being able to live and eat the foods you love, whilst still staying on track and achieving your desired goal.
Supplement advice
No more wasting money on useless supplements - I can recommend the ideal supplements to help achieve your goals. From first hand experience knowing what works and what doesn't work is essential.
Accountability
With weekly check ins and daily WhatsApp support you will be kept accountable and have support through your journey. We go over the past weeks training diet and workouts, and we can discuss what went well and what we can do better. From form clips to nutritional changes, everything is covered.
Easy to use app
A simple to use app that has all of the required information on it, from tasks to complete to meal plans - everything is covered. You can track body stats, have sleep and daily weigh ins to get a complete overview of your day to day life and what is needed to improve. Examples at top of page!
