Its been a great progression to the point now I'm hitting 130KG deadlifts for 5, and even touching on 140KG now. I do an hour and half session for £35 once a week and we do a varied workout which is good. I think it very good value and Ben is great to be around, great at explaining what needs to be done and you can have a good laugh with him.
